You can support Refugiul Maidanezilor by choosing to direct up to 3.5% of the income tax to the Association. Thus, part of the money owed to the state in the form of tax will come to us, to financially support our activity. Here are the steps to follow:

Download form 230

You can find the pre-filled form with the Association's data here. This form can be used for personal / mail submission.

The smart, digitally signed form can be downloaded by here. This form can be submitted through the Virtual Private Space.

Complete the form

  • Print the form and fill in capital letters by hand (Section I). The amount does not have to be filled in, being calculated automatically by ANAF. Complete the annex as well. Sign the form and the annex.

  • Fill in the form on your computer (you will need the Acrobat Reader program, available for free here), then print the completed and signed form.

Submit the form

  • Submit the form to the financial administration to which you belong. You can consult the list of financial administrations here.

or

  • Mail the completed form as registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.
