Tim was almost born in the shelter. He and his brothers were very young when they were found abandoned in the street. His brothers have been adopted, but Tim doesn't know what freedom is, what grass feels like, what it means to have a family.

Tim is scared and that is why he barks. That scares a lot of people, but if they understood the dogs' language, they might find out how desperate Tim's barking is.
